Former Kotoko gaffer, Steve Pollack has stated that Kumasi Asante Kotoko should keep the technical team and playing body for the future.
Reports circulating in the media claims, Kotoko is contemplating on sacking Coach C.K Akunnor after his side was eliminated from the group stages of the 2018/19 Confederations Cup.
Kotoko reached the group stage of the Confederations Cup dating back to 2008.
Coach Steve Polack is advising Kotoko to retain the technical team and players for the future and C.K Akonnor all so he can work on Kotoko’s defense.
“Kotoko must prepare for the future and try to keep the same players and technical team to build cohesion in the team, also learn from their mistakes on and off the pitch. This should be a good learning process for Kotoko in other to help them in the future to be able to win the trophy” Polack advised Kotoko on Ashh Fm.
“There should be stability in the Kotoko team and I don’t think sacking the Coach would be the best for the team.
“The Technical team should work on the Defenders and other departments in the team to be able to do well next time” he stressed.
