The board of Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed that Mark Noonan is no more the club’s chief executive officer.
A statement signed by club PRO Opare Addo said “Mark David Noonan the Chief Executive of the club has exercised an option in his employee contract to terminate his contract with the club, due to personal and family reasons.
Frederick N. K Moore has been named as Mark’s successor.
Various reasons cited for Noonan’s exit includes frustrations over the suspension of competitive football action for almost a year, family issues etc.
The board chair Togbe Afede said Mark Noonan has within the short stay at Hearts of Oak made a strong impact at the club to bring a lot of initiatives upon which the club can build.
New CEO, Frederick Moore is expected to start work on the 18 of March 2019.
The board asked for continued support and cooperation for the new CEO.
