Karela United players have boycott training after not being paid for over four months of their salary by the management team.

The newly promoted Nzema based premiership outfit Karela United’s players decided not to train which started on Sunday and the rest of days until their management team settles their over four months unpaid salaries.

Sportsnewsgh.com understands that this decision came after GFA/NC special competition was cancelled which players of Karela United thought their leaders are part of the team leading to the cancelation of the tournament.

Players of Karela United believes participating in the NC tournament would have generated them some winning bonuses which will encourage them in their daily training whiles waiting for their monthly salary.

Karela United were promoted into Ghana Premier League after winning the 2017 Division One zone two league.
