Azam FC number one glovesman, Razark Abalora was impressive as his side won 2-1 against Simba FC in the Mapinduzi Cup finals on Sunday.
The Ghanaian Red-hot shot stopper came off against Simba FC at the Amani Stadium in the finals of the Mapinduzi Cup.Prior to the finals, Azam FC whipped KMKM FC 3-0 in the semi finals of the aforementioned tournament.
The 22-year old goalkeeper was outstanding following the saves of several deadly balls that Simba FC triggered to carry the day.All efforts to find the opener and win the game, yielded no results till Mudathir broke the deadlock a minute before the elapse of the first stanza of the encounter for Azam FC.
To avoid uncertainty on the part of Azam FC, Chirwa had to double his side’s lead to two in the 74′ minute before Simba FC recorded an equalizer.
The former WAFA player had in his net, only 3 goals, marking the least goals conceded by a goalkeeper in the tournament. He switched camp from Sogakope to Tanzania in the 2017/18 season.
