Ghana Premier League side Kumasi Asante Kotoko is on the verge of renewing the contracts of eight players by the end of the week.
The players are still enjoying their break after the season ended with victory over their arch rivals Hearts of Oak in the final MTN FA CUP at the Tamela Sports Stadium.
Also most of the first team players contracts has expired after the season ended in Ghana.
According to Adehye FM in Kumasi,the team is ready to offer new contracts to the following players Eric Donkor, Evans Quao, Felix Annan ,Ahmed Adams, Sarfo Gyamfi, Jackson Owusu, and Awal Mohammed.Emmanuel Gyamfi has one year left on his contract, but he will be handed a new contract extension offer.
Kotoko will take part in Ghana League Club Association tournament which is set to kick off early next year at two venues Cape Coast and Kumasi Baba Yara sports stadium.
